Strawberries with Chocoweed

Ingredients:

Chocoweed:

• 250 gr of chocolate to melt
• 1 spoonful of cannabic butter
• Strawberries

Decoration:

• Nuts
• White chocolate

Preparation:

The first thing we’ll do is chop the chocolate into small pieces and melt them in a bain-marie. Once this melted we will let the temperature decrease a little. Meanwhile, prepare the cannabutter ointment and add it to the chocolate stirring gently until everything is integrated into the mixture.

Note: It is very important not to incorporate cannabis butter when the chocolate is too hot. This is because you can cut the mixture.

Once the chocolate has melted with the Cannabutter, holding the strawberries by the stem, submerge one by one in the chocoweed mixture and to cover a large part of the strawberry. Let them rest on a tray.

In case of decorating the strawberries, before the chocolate hardens, you will have to spread on them crushed nuts, melted white chocolate or whatever you like.

All that’s left is to wait for them to cool until the chocolate hardens.
